Please read these Terms carefully before using the voice38 platform. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set forth in this document.

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between voice38 (the "Platform", "we") and users accessing or using the services offered on the voice38.net website and related applications (the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you (the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms without conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use voice38 Services. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The voice38 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is open exclusively to individuals who:

Account Creation and Security
To fully access voice38 Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Each individual is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. voice38 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Voice38 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.
A voice38 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder. You are not permitted to share your account, grant access to any third party, or use another person's account even with their consent. Any form of shared account usage or account transfer between individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the voice38 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions carried out on your account.
- All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including FPX, bank transfer, and any other methods available at the time.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Check the deposit page in your account for the latest details.
- Voice38 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit that raises suspicion of fraud or violates platform policy.
- Deposits may only be made by the account holder and must come from a legitimate funding source that belongs to the user.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the user's identity verification has been fully completed.
- The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on your voice38 account to avoid delays.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your chosen method and bank. voice38 endeavours to process all completed requests within the stated timeframe.
- Voice38 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending further investigation if there are signs of unusual activity on an account.
All bonuses and promotions offered by voice38 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that will be set out separately at the time each promotion is launched. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus. Attempts to abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
Voice38 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the stipulated terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Use
As a voice38 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all of the following rules:

Voice38 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Verification that the user is under 18 years of age
- Confirmed fraudulent or abusive activities
- Opening multiple accounts by the same individual
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents
- Requests from relevant authorities
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
All content on the voice38 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements—is the exclusive property of voice38 or its licensors. No part of the platform’s content may be copied, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from voice38. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Voice38 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that it will be available at all times, free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, voice38 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, software errors, or data loss not directly caused by voice38's own negligence.
The voice38 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. voice38 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or security. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Voice38 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the revised version on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the voice38 platform shall be resolved through appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. voice38's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
